These Terms of Use, in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, govern your usage of the Sleep Monitor mobile application (the "Application") and the associated services provided by Better Sleep Rise Team ("Us," "We").

By downloading the Application, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms of Use. By completing the online registration process, you confirm and affirm that you have read, comprehended, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please refrain from using the Application.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, along with all related trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain our exclusive property. Your right to utilize the Application and its content is personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable. Any form of copying, republication, or redistribution of the Application or its content is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application and all of its content are provided on an "As Is" and "As available" basis. We do not guarantee the availability or usability of the Application for you.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any errors in the content or for any actions taken based on that content. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any interception of online communications, software or hardware issues (including, but not limited to, viruses, data loss, or compatibility conflicts).

Sleep Secure Subscription

You have the option to terminate your membership at any time. In this case, your membership will remain valid for the subscription period for which you have already paid. Our auto-renewable in-app purchase subscriptions can only be canceled using the App Store cancellation services. For Apple-related inquiries, please refer to this [link](insert link). Subscription fees can be found within the mobile application Sleep Monitor. We retain the right to adjust the subscription fees periodically.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to, at our sole discretion, amend these Terms of Use from time to time. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed about any changes. Your continued use of the Application constitutes your agreement to the amended and updated Terms of Use.
